Shipping Policy

At Fleurstee, we want your order to reach you safely and on time. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping.

Processing & Estimated Delivery

  • Processing Time: 3–5 business days
    Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will start processing the same day; orders after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Transit Time: 7–9 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 10–14 business days (Processing + Transit)

Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the carrier.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat-rate shipping fee: $6.50 per order

Delivery Area

We deliver within the continental United States only. We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Carrier & Tracking

We use USPS (United States Postal Service) for all domestic orders.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email, which allows you to follow your package until it arrives.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

If your order is lost or delayed, please reach out so we can investigate with the carrier and provide a solution.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders will have already entered processing and cannot be canceled.
