Cancellation Policy

At Fleurstee, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handwoven silk products. Since our items are prepared and packaged promptly to ensure timely delivery, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase.

  • If your request is received within this 12-hour timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via:

  • Subject Line: Urgent: Order Cancellation #Your Order Number

Please include your full name and order number so our team can process your request as quickly as possible.

After the 12-Hour Window

Once the 12-hour window has passed, your order enters the processing and packaging stage (and in many cases, the silk may have already been cut or prepared for shipment).

  • At this point, we are unable to accept cancellations.
  • If you no longer wish to receive the item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy once the package arrives.

Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
