Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for personal reasons
  • Store Responsibility: If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent), Fleurstee will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid shipping label.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions on how to send your package back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned if they:

  • Have been used or worn
  • Have been improperly cared for, including washing, drying, or storage that damages the silk

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item once your return is approved.

Refunds

No restocking fee will be charged on approved returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
