I created Fleurstee after discovering Vietnamese mulberry silk through my own travels and experiences. As an American, I was deeply impressed by the craftsmanship behind each piece of silk, from the careful raising of silkworms to the traditional hand-weaving techniques passed down through generations. What I saw was not only beauty, but also remarkable potential that deserved to be shared with a wider audience.

Vietnam’s silk weaving villages carry centuries of knowledge, patience, and dedication. Each fabric reflects the time, skill, and care invested by artisans who treat silk not as a product, but as a craft.
