Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship exclusively within the continental United States. We’re working to expand our reach, and look forward to bringing our products to international customers in the near future.

Order Processing Time

We know you’re excited to receive your order. Our team works diligently to prepare and ship your items quickly.

  • Processing Time: 1 – 3 business days
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (GMT-5) on weekdays are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • We do not process orders on these U.S. federal holidays:

    • Presidents’ Day
    • Memorial Day
    • Independence Day
    • Labor Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day

Shipping Carriers

We work with a range of reliable carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your package. These include:

We always select the most optimal carrier based on your shipping address and package dimensions.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment in real-time. Please allow 1 – 2 business days after receiving your tracking code for updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Delivery Issues & Support

If your order does not arrive within 10 business days from the shipment date, please contact our support team. We’ll work closely with our shipping partners to track and resolve any delivery delays.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package:

  • Check your front door, mailbox, and nearby areas.
  • Ask neighbors or building staff.
  • Contact us within 7 days so we can file a carrier investigation.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • A $6.99 re-shipping fee will be required.
  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by address errors.
  • Returned packages may be disposed of after 30 days if not claimed.

Custom Orders

Customized items (e.g., printed names, personalized designs) may require up to 2 extra business days for production. We’ll notify you if any delay occurs beyond our normal handling time.
