Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
- Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging wherever possible.
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order confirmation or receipt.
- Detailed Issue Description: A written explanation of the problem (e.g., incorrect size, color, defect).
- Photo Evidence: At least 2 clear, well-lit images must be submitted, showing:
- The affected or damaged area
- The size tag (for sizing issues)
- The full front and back of the product
- The affected or damaged area
Note: Return requests without complete and clear photographic proof will be automatically rejected.
Return Time Frame
You must initiate a return within 60 days from the date your order was delivered. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact our support team via support@fleurstee.com. Please include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Required photo evidence (see above)
- Indicate whether you’d like a replacement or a refund
Our team will respond within 2-3 business days with the next steps.
Return Shipping
- Our Fault? If we send the wrong item, wrong size, or a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is not due to our error, return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
We want to make sure any issues with your order are resolved quickly and fairly. Here’s how refunds work after an approved return:
Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return criteria. This process may take up to 72 hours from the date of receipt. We will notify you via email once your return is approved or declined.
Refund Timeline
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refund Deductions
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was our error.
- If we provided a return label and the return is not due to our fault, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund.
Unapproved Returns
If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be rejected and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

We understand that sometimes the item received isn’t quite right. We offer exchanges in select cases where there was an issue with your order.
When Exchanges Are Allowed
Exchanges are available if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or size
- The product differs from what was displayed
Please note: We do not accept exchanges for personal preference or sizing errors unless we sent the wrong size.
How to Request an Exchange

- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Desired replacement item or size
- Supporting photos (as described in the Return Policy section)
Processing Your Exchange
If your request meets the criteria and the item you need is in stock, we’ll ship the replacement at no additional cost. You’ll receive tracking information once the exchange is on its way.
If the Item Is Out of Stock
In the event that the requested replacement is not available, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative solution – such as choosing a different item or receiving a full refund according to our refund policy.
