Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? We get it!
- You can cancel your order for a full refund if you do so within 12 hours of placing it.
- After this 12-hour window, cancellations may not be possible if your order has already entered our production process.
- Approved cancellation requests will be processed for a full refund within 7 days. Please note: Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Order Modifications
If you need to adjust any details of your order (e.g., size, color, design), please contact us as soon as possible:
- You can request to modify your order within 12 hours of placing it.
- After the 12-hour window, modifications may not be accepted as your order will likely have been sent to production.
Address Updates
Ensuring your order ships to the correct location is critical:
- You must notify us of any address changes within 12 hours of placing your order.
- After 12 hours, if the order has been packed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that an address change will be successful.
